Position Responsibilities & Qualifications:
-Prep & Assembly of Menu Items at Offsite Catered Events
-Setup & Breakdown of Offsite Kitchens
-Culinary Trained and/or Experience Required
-A passion and love for food and service
-Able to respond and confirm promptly to scheduled shifts
-Reliable Transportation
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness for entirety of shift
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
-Ability to work in diverse outdoor weather conditions including sunlight, rain, heat or cold
-Occasional need to drive event vehicle to and from event location

Other duties of the job include:
-Blow up balloons.
-Set up and decorate tables.
-Set up food and drink stations for the party.
-Serve food and drinks.
-Remove and pack decorations.
-Pack up food and drink stations.
-Clean up site.
In this position
-If you have previous experience serving and bartending that is a plus (have a TABC certification is a definite plus!)
-You must be able to work on weekdays from 3pm to 9pm, weekends, and sometimes holidays.
-Be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

-Must have a current Texas Driver License, be able to legally work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
